 Our primary manufacturer GE; provides extremely-reflective and glossy finished Silicone and Acrylic roof coating. Their coatings also resist UV which can help reduce your energy costs.

Coatings are one of the most cost effective roof repair systems. Coatings can be applied to virtually any roof, whether your roof is small, large, flat or sloped. There’s plenty of different types of coatings such as Silicone Coatings, Acrylic Coatings, Asphalt Coatings, Bitumen Coatings, & Polyurethane Coatings. Of those 5 we choose to only lay Silicone and Acrylic coatings. The reason for this is that we’ve seen what coatings protect your roof the best throughout Houston’ summer heat and storms. Silicone/Acrylic coatings are made to withstand ultraviolet light and severe weather. Silicone will also not degrade, chalk or crack under the harsh Texas sun. Silicone makes a seamless membrane that withstands sitting water without it softening.
